Enter a base, up to 15 visits with any time constraints, and a final destination. Generates an ordered schedule and a printable PDF run-sheet with a QR code for every stop and one for the whole journey.
Pick a saved location from the dropdowns, or just type any postcode. Use ★ to save what's in a field, or “Manage favourites” to add and remove them.
Times on the schedule are estimates from these settings and straight-line distances (with a road-distance allowance). The order is what matters. With a flexible start the planner treats the start time as the earliest you could leave, then works back from your fixed appointments and tells you the latest you can set off. Comfort breaks add a ~15 min stop once you've been going non-stop for the chosen interval — a long wait before a fixed appointment counts as the break, so none is added when the day already has a gap there. With a break stop mode selected, the break becomes a real stop on the route (with its own QR code and Maps waypoint): either the closest of your saved break stops, or the nearest McDonald's found automatically (OpenStreetMap). If the best stop would add more than ~12 min of driving, the planner pencils the break in instead and names the nearest option. Break stops are Anna's own detour — they're never included in the visit postcode list, so they can't leak into a mileage claim.
No. is the house number — optional, but it pinpoints the exact address on the run sheet, QR codes and map links instead of a postcode-radius. Timing options: Anytime · Early as possible · After a time · Before a time · Between two times · Mid-morning (prefills 10:00–11:00). “From/To” enable automatically when the option needs them.
“Email route record” opens an addressed draft and puts the formatted route table on the clipboard — just paste (⌘V) into the email body for the full table with Maps links. If the clipboard is blocked, it falls back to a plain-text draft automatically. “Copy as table” copies the same table on its own (paste into Excel or the expenses tool for columns).
Favourites, visit groups and the email recipient are saved in this browser only. Download the configuration file to keep a backup or move everything to another device, then upload it there.
The formatted route table is on the clipboard. When the email opens, click in the message body and paste it in:
